Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using EasyFinancialModels.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or download its models.

The service

EasyFinancialModels provides a browser-based tool that generates editable Excel financial-model workbooks. Models up to 3 years may be available free of charge. Downloads for longer horizons require a paid Paddle transaction ID. We may update, improve or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

License and permitted use

Subject to payment where applicable, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use downloaded workbooks for your own business, advisory or internal planning purposes. You may edit a workbook for those purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or present the workbook or its underlying service as your own product.

Payments

Premium purchases are per-model-download payments processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. You are responsible for supplying accurate checkout details and keeping your transaction ID secure. We may refuse or cancel access where there is suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse or a breach of these terms.

No financial advice

The service and all workbooks are provided for informational and planning purposes only. They are not accounting, tax, legal, investment, lending or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing all assumptions, formulas and outputs and obtaining independent professional advice before making decisions.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fit-for-purpose operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyFinancialModels is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses arising from use of the service or any workbook.
